Old Dutch Tavern

Eat – Drink – Sleep

227 Elm Street – Washington, Missouri

The new Old Dutch Tavern combines the best of old and new, classy and casual.

On the corner of Third and Elm since 1923, the Old Dutch Tavern has served as a gathering spot for many. Its restored dining room boasts the same original details, such as the tin ceiling, distressed oak floors, belt-driven ceiling fans, and a thirty-two foot oak bar. Modern touches like flatscreen TVs allow patrons to catch the game with a drink or meal.

On the menu, find everything from signature starters to hearty seasonal salads, pastas, seafood, filets, house-made desserts, and cocktails.

Beer aficionados will fall in love with Old Dutch’s deep selection of imported European and domestic microbrews, including many local favorites like Four Hands, Civil Life, Public House, and Boulevard. Other standouts include Odell and Bells. The Old Dutch prides itself for serving new and unique microbrews to the Washington community and has since been a top seller in the State of Missoui of Odell’s 90 Shilling Ale, among others.
